A design studio in India, the Crown Prince Court in Abu Dhabi, a freight company operating in 100+ countries. Somewhere along the way the job stopped being "make it look right" and became "make it happen".
I lead product design: research, UX, UI, design systems and design ops, with enough product sense and engineering fluency to own the outcome, not just the screens. Today that means designing agentic AI solutions backed with interfaces for human-in-the-loop, and bringing stakeholders, developers and partners along with it. I'm honest about where a probabilistic system earns trust and where it doesn't. I prioritise what actually moves the needle, push back on what doesn't, and make sure the customer's voice is the loudest one in the room.
AI can draw the empty states. The core UX still needs a human.
Academic foundation

I chose computer science because I wanted to build things people actually use. Those years gave me engineering instincts I still lean on: how systems fit together, and what's expensive to change later.
I began freelancing and teaching front-end development while still in college. Teaching pulled me into UI and UX, and the freelancing slowly turned into a studio.
I finished my degree while Mad N Creative grew into a team of eight, designing for startups across India.

The studio team joined Xebia. Work for SpiceJet, McKinsey, BCG and the Crown Prince Court of Abu Dhabi took the work, and me, to the UAE.
Agility, one of the world's largest logistics companies, hired me to design a digital freight forwarding platform from the ground up. Enterprise UX, at global scale.
Dubai gave me room for cooking, gardening, painting and interior design. Each one has quietly made me a better designer.
An HCI programme at MIT put rigorous theory behind years of practice, and changed how I run research.
